Directions: Shake well before each use. Spray onto clean, dry skin as desired, or apply to clean underarms for use as a deodorant. Many people also choose to spray the bottoms of their feet before bedtime. Allow to absorb before dressing. Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, and freshly shaved areas. A mild tingling sensation may occur, particularly when first using magnesium sprays. For external use only. Discontinue use if irritation develops.
